AZLE — What do you want to be when you grow up?
Azle Elementary fifth and sixth grade students may have a better idea after learning about the many professions held by members of this community during a March 21 career day. Azle ISD assembled educators and presenters from numerous career clusters represented in the Azle High School CTE department. Parents, locals and even students spoke to classes about the ins and outs of the jobs or activities they do every day.
Individuals spoke, presented videos, and utilized props and activities to inform, inspire and give students a look into potential future careers and interests. From engineers, salespeople, doctors and even a rodeo clown, a wide range of professions were represented.
