SPRINGTOWN — The City of Springtown Legends Museum held its “Spring into STEM” experiment last Friday, Feb. 28, using Tri-County Reporter newspapers. Springtown Museum Coordinator Amy Hedges created the experiment as an engineering project to turn newspapers into a stool strong enough to hold the weight of a person using nothing else but tape. Hedges asked the kids to bring in a design sketch of their ideas.
