LAKE WORTH — On Saturday, Jan. 4, at around 8 a.m., a 17-year-old was discovered deceased inside an overturned vehicle near Lake Worth.
Early that morning, Northwest units were dispatched to the 8600 block of Heron Drive after a vehicle accident was reported, an official with the Fort Worth Police Department said.
The vehicle was found to be overturned in trees and water. Police officers and medical personnel searched the car and found one deceased person inside the vehicle with no other victims.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s office identified the 17-year-old victim as Aidan Lee Caraway.
FWPD officials have yet to determine the cause of the accident; the traffic investigations division continues to investigate.
