Suzanne Sessions Abbott, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, died peacefully at the age of 62 Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024.

Visitation will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 25, prior to the celebration of life.

A celebration of her life will be at noon, Friday, Oct. 25, at Biggers Funeral Chapel.

Born Sept. 15, 1962 to Grady and Colleen Sessions, Suzanne spent her life radiating love and joy to everyone around her.

Suzanne was married to Adger Abbott, and together they created a beautiful life in the Lake Worth area. As a selfless caregiver, she devoted herself to loving and supporting others, always bringing laughter and warmth into their lives. A deeply spiritual woman, she lived her life guided by her faith in Jesus, walking in his light daily.

Suzanne was the proud mother of three boys: Greg, Jeff and Justin, whom she cherished with all her heart.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Colleen Springfield Sessions; her father, Grady Sessions; and her son, Greg Mathis.

She is survived by her loving husband, Adger Lee Abbott; her sons, Jeff Mathis and Justin Abbott; and her cherished grandchildren, Alexis and Brenden Cowley, Dustin and Megan Mathis, Jared Mathis and Gavin Mathis; two great-grandchildren, Harper and Carter Cowley; along with her sister, Traci and brother-in-law, Tommy Webster, and her brother, Greg and sister-in-law, Zana Sessions, and sister-in-law, Karen Abbott.
