AZLE — The Lady Hornets were preparing to play in a bi-district championship volleyball game on Halloween night as the Tri-County Reporter was heading to press.

The Lady Hornets ended their regular season seeded fourth in District 5-5A. They earned a postseason berth after winning several crucial district games in the second half of the season.
The Lady Hornets were set to play at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31, against Everman at Keller Central High School.
