Evelyn Etta (Nerger) Rayfield Reese passed away Sunday, Nov. 17, 2024 in Springtown.
Visitation was 10-11 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 21, at White’s Funeral Home in Springtown. Graveside service was 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 21, in Evergreen Cemetery in Ranger.
Evelyn was born Oct. 7, 1927 in Ranger, the daughter of Herman August and Helena (Manthey) Nerger.
She had a playful spirit and loved to have fun and laugh. She especially loved the game Wahoo.
While she had many interests in life, her first love was her family. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Jack Rayfield and Tommy Reese; and one daughter, Ginny Rayfield.
Survivors include her children, Paul Rayfield and Cindy Willis (Alan); grandchildren, Rusty Butler (Allyson), Misty Gammill (Toby), Britany Clark (Ricky) and Austin Willis (Christie); great-grandchildren Abigaile, Gus, Braydon, Grae, Brinlyn, Greta and Jonah; numerous nieces and nephews; and a lifetime of friends.
