AZLE — At a Nov. 19 Azle City Council meeting, Azle Municipal Court employees were recognized by proclamation decreeing Nov. 4–8 Municipal Court Week in the city. To commemorate Municipal Court Week, the court also announced the winners of its fourth annual coloring book contest. Each year, the courts distribute blank coloring book pages to local elementary schools in this public outreach effort.

The winners are Warren Geary in first place, Olivia McGraw in second place and Annie Murphree in third. Runners-up include Huntleigh Wyble, Rylee Alonzo, Zoey Anthony, Ezra Salas and Ryder Shannon. Winners received gift bags full of prizes donated by Azle area businesses.
